# Editing and modifying a dataset

Once inside a project, you will have access to various sections. In the **Data** section, you can view the different elements defined in the data.json file (e.g., lines, generators, storages, etc.).

By clicking on any category, you can explore the list of existing objects, along with their properties and relationships with other objects.

It is also possible to add new objects, delete objects, filter objects and edit object properties using the buttons located in the top right corner.

When you select the option to edit an object, a list of its properties will appear, where you are able to add new properties by clicking on **NEW PROPERTY** or modify existing values using the corresponding text fields.
